Print my documents
Check to make sure that your printer is connected to your computer either by connecting it with a USB cable, or by making sure you are on the same Wi-Fi network that it is on. Next, follow these easy steps to print your documents:
Click on the File menu on the top left-hand side of the document that you want to print.
Click on the Print option near the bottom of the list in that menu. You can also press Ctrl+P from the document.
Select the printer that you want to print to and add any other specifications for the print job, like the number of copies you want, whether you want to print a landscape (horizontal) or portrait (vertical) page, or if you only want to print certain pages.
