In sách nhỏ trên máy in một mặt

These instructions are for printing a booklet from a PDF document.

If you want to print a booklet from a LibreOffice document, first export it to a PDF by choosing File ▸ Export as PDF…. Your document needs to have a multiple of 4 number of pages (4, 8, 12, 16,…). You may need to add up to 3 blank pages.

Để in:

  1. Mở hộp thoại in ấn. Việc này thông thường có thể được thực hiện thông qua Print trong danh mục hoặc dùng lối tắt bàn phím Ctrl+P.

  2. Click the Properties… button

    In the Orientation drop-down list, make sure that Landscape is selected.

    Click OK to go back to the print dialog.

  3. Under Range and Copies, choose Pages.

    Nhập số trang theo thứ tự (n là tổng số trang, bội số của bốn):

    n, 1, 2, n-1, n-2, 3, 4, n-3, n-4, 5, 6, n-5, n-6, 7, 8, n-7, n-8, 9, 10, n-9, n-10, 11, 12, n-11…

    …until you have typed all of the pages.

    Ví dụ:

    Sách nhỏ 4 trang: Loại 4,1,2,3

    Sách nhỏ 8 trang: Loại 8,1,2,7,6,3,4,5

    Sách nhỏ 12 trang: Loại 12,1,2,11,10,3,4,9,8,5,6,7

    Sách nhỏ 16 trang: Loại 16,1,2,15,14,3,4,13,12,5,6,11,10,7,8,9

    Sách nhỏ 20 trang: Loại 20,1,2,19,18,3,4,17,16,5,6,15,14,7,8,13,12,9,10,11

  4. Choose the Page Layout tab.

    Under Layout, select Brochure.

    Under Page Sides, in the Include drop-down list, select Front sides / right pages.

  5. Nhấn In.

  6. Khi đã in tất cả trang, lật trang qua và đặt vào máy in lại.

  7. Mở hộp thoại in ấn. Việc này thông thường có thể được thực hiện thông qua Print trong danh mục hoặc dùng lối tắt bàn phím Ctrl+P.

  8. Choose the Page Layout tab.

    Under Page Sides, in the Include drop-down list, select Back sides / left pages.

  9. Nhấn In.
