Création d'une connexion avec une adresse IP fixe

La plupart des réseaux attribuent automatiquement une adresse IP et d'autres détails à votre ordinateur quand vous vous connectez au réseau. Ces détails sont susceptibles de changer de temps en temps mais il est possible que vous vouliez conserver une adresse IP fixe que vous connaissez (par exemple, pour identifier un serveur de fichiers).

Pour attribuer à votre ordinateur une adresse IP fixe (statique) :

  1. Go to the Desktop and start typing Network.

  2. Cliquez sur Réseau pour ouvrir le panneau.

  3. Find the network connection that you want to have a fixed address. Click the settings button next to the network connection. For a Wi-Fi connection, the settings button will be located next to the active network.

  4. Select the IPv4 or IPv6 tab and change the Method to Manual.

  5. Type in the IP Address and Gateway, as well as the appropriate Netmask.

  6. In the DNS section, switch the Automatic switch to off. Enter the IP address of a DNS server you want to use. Enter additional DNS server addresses using the + button.

  7. In the Routes section, switch the Automatic switch to off. Enter the Address, Netmask, Gateway and Metric for a route you want to use. Enter additional routes using the + button.

  8. Cliquez sur Appliquer. Le réseau doit maintenant avoir une adresse IP fixe.
