Adjust the color temperature of your screen
A computer monitor emits blue light which contributes to sleeplessness and eye strain after dark. Night Light changes the color of your displays according to the time of day, making the color warmer in the evening. To enable Night Light:
Go to the Desktop and start typing Displays.
Click Displays to open the panel.
Click Night Light in the header bar to open the settings.
Ensure the Night Light switch is set to on.
Under Schedule, select Sunset to Sunrise to make the screen color follow the sunset and sunrise times for your location. Select Manual to set the Times to a custom schedule.
Use the slider to adjust the Color Temperature to be more warm or less warm.
The taskbar shows when Night Light is active. It can be temporarily disabled from the system menu.
